1. SCOPE OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These general terms and conditions of sale automatically apply to all reservations and sales made on any grounds and by any method whatsoever in order to attend events taking place at the Palais des Congrès de Paris.

RESERVATION AND SALE PROCEDURES

a. Reservation and sale

Seats reserved by telephone with the Palais des Congrès de Paris ticket office must be confirmed by paying the total price for said seats within 48 hours after making the reservation.

Failure to comply with this pre-established period shall render the reservation null and void, and the seats will automatically become available for sale again.


b. Online Reservation

Available via our online ticketing service.


c. Issue of Tickets

Regardless of the reservation and sale method, tickets may only be issued to the customer in exchange for full payment of the price shown on said tickets and any applicable postal or bank fees.


d. Acceptance the general terms and conditions of sale

Customer confirmation of the reservation and payment for the seats entails unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale, as well as to the internal regulations of the Palais des Congrès, as specified in article 4 of these general terms and conditions.

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

a. Information appearing on the ticket

Each ticket includes the following information, in particular:
Show organizer name
Show name
Show date
Show time
Category
Series number
Row
Seat number
Ticket price
Rental fees.

Tickets may not be returned or refunded; they are only valid for the show for which they have been issued.

b. Seat category

The auditoria at the Palais des Congrès de Paris are divided into several categories, based on the sole decision of the organizer, according to each type of show. Each category has a corresponding sale price. The information on the issued ticket exclusively and solely determines the category, that is:
The series number (1 to 13)
The row (A to Z) followed by the seat number (1 to 38)
The note "S.T. ou strapontin" showing on the ticket indicates the use of a folding chair, permitting admission at the lowest price category without any price reduction.
The note "HA" or "Fauteuil roulant" appearing on the ticket indicates that it involves a space reserved for a handicapped person in a wheelchair (ten space are reserved for this purpose, per showing, subject to a special price).

To be valid, the ticket must be accompanied by the corresponding coupon.

c. Rates

Seat prices may be obtained from the Palais des Congrès de Paris box office, or from the Palais des Congrès de Paris reservation phone line on the following number: +33 (0)1.40.68.00.05, or sent to you at your request.

The information is also provided on our website (www.palaisdecongres-paris.com).

Information regarding rental fees, which are added to the given ticket price, is provided in the same way, and the amount of such fees is indicated on the face of the ticket.

For reservations made online, handling charges are collected in addition to the rental fees. Information on these charges is available on the sites.

Prices are set in euros, and payments must be made for the actual full value of the ticket price.

Any payment lower than said full value shall be refused and shall render the reservation null and void.

Fees for bank or postal transfers are the responsibility of the customer.

For foreign countries, only payments in euros made with bank cards shall be accepted.

All rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Increased ticket prices through intermediaries may not be disputed for any reason whatsoever with the Palais des Congrès de Paris, against whom no such claim may be made.

d. Duplicates

Tickets are issued only one single time.

In the event of theft, the Palais des Congrès de Paris may create a duplicate ticket allowing the holder access to the seat initially reserved, provided that a police report is presented and that the reservation may be found in the system.

Any person occupying the seat for which a duplicate ticket has been issued shall be considered as being in possession of an illegal ticket, and consequently, the Palais des Congrès de Paris shall be authorized to ask the person to leave the venue, eject the person, and, if applicable, claim any damages.

e. Returns, refunds, and changes

Tickets may not be returned or refunded; they are only valid for the show for which they have been issued.

The organizer reserves the right to make any change to the show program and cast.

f. Liability

The Palais des Congrès de Paris declines any responsibility regarding tickets not purchased at authorized points of sale and shall not be held responsible for said sale for any reason whatsoever.

The customer is responsible for checking the accuracy of the tickets issued :
The price, the date, and the time shown on the ticket must be checked by the customer when the ticket is issued to ensure that it corresponds to the service required.


No subsequent claim may be considered for any reason whatsoever.

The resale of a ticket at a price higher than that shown on the ticket is expressly prohibited.

g. Show times

The show begins at the time indicated on the ticket.

Only the time shown on the ticket is guaranteed and valid.

Latecomers shall not receive any refund.

Seating in the numbered seat is guaranteed until the show's curtain rises.

The hall doors are closed once the show begins, and latecomers shall be seated only at the beginning of the second scene without any guarantee of being seated in the seat printed on the ticket, in order to avoid disturbing the show.

INTERNAL REGULATIONS

The sale of a ticket shall automatically render the customer subject to the internal regulations of the Palais des Congrès de Paris posted at the entrances, and the customer shall be considered as such.

Enforceability and adherence require the customer to abide by all of the provisions of the internal regulations.

Failure to abide by the said provisions shall give the Palais des Congrès the right to refuse entry of the customer to the venue, to ask the customer to leave the premises of the Palais des Congrès de Paris, and, if necessary, to eject the customer with no right to a refund for the purchased ticket for any reason whatsoever.

COMPLAINTS / DISPUTES

The Palais des Congrès de Paris declines any responsibility for damages, of any kind whatsoever, that may directly or indirectly affect the belongings, items, or devices brought in by the customer and that have not been deposited in the cloakroom, which is operated under its own general terms and conditions.

The customer is responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused while present at the Palais des Congrès de Paris and must take civil or criminal responsibility for such damage.

Any dispute of any kind whatsoever entering into the contractual domain related to the issuance of the ticket must be submitted in writing no later than 48 hours before the date of the show.

SAFETY AND SECURITY

Customers expressly undertake to submit to any safety or verification measures intended to ensure the security of the persons and property on the premises of the Palais des Congrès de Paris.

In this regard, the customer may be required to participate in a search at the security checkpoint.

Customers must be able to present their tickets to a Palais des Congrès de Paris representative at any time until the end of the show.

Any exit from the Palais des Congrès de Paris premises shall be considered final and shall end the contractual relationship, except in the special case in which the customer is issued, upon the customer's request and with the consent of the Palais des Congrès de Paris, a re-entry pass valid only with the initially purchased ticket.

Note that it is strictly prohibited to bring bottles, containers, and, in general, any object presenting a danger to others onto the premises of the Palais des Congrès de Paris.

The Palais des Congrès reserves the right to refuse access to the site and the auditorium to anyone who holds an illegally purchased ticket.

CHANGES / CANCELLATION / POSTPONEMENTS

Should a show be cancelled by the organizer, the tickets may be reused at another showing of the same show, subject to availability of space, or may be refunded at the customer's request beginning on the first business day following the cancellation date.

Upon presentation of the ticket, the refund shall be given at the place of purchase for the amount printed on the ticket, less any compensation or damages (transport fees, hotels, etc.).

The refund request must be made within a period of THREE (3) months after the date of the cancelled show. After this period, no refund shall be permitted.

Should a show be interrupted beyond its halfway point, tickets will not be exchanged or refunded.

PHOTOGRAPHY / RECORDING

In accordance with the provisions of literary artistic and image copyright, tickets give customers no right to record the show for any reason by any technical means whatsoever.

Any recording, whatever its format, including photography, is strictly prohibited.

The Palais des Congrès de Paris and the organizer reserve the right to seize technical recording devices and seek compensation for the damages incurred.

Any show may be videotaped or broadcast by television or any other method.

In this case, a poster shall advise the customer prior to entry into the auditorium where the show is taking place.

LOST PROPERTY

Any unclaimed belongings or items left in the cloakroom shall be kept for three months. After this period, they shall be turned over to the lost and found office located at 36, rue des Morillons 75015 Paris.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Palais des Congrès de Paris reserves the right to modify the general terms and conditions for tickets sales at any time without prior notice.
