You are at the online ticketing service for the Palais des Congrès de Paris. You can reserve side-by-side seats in real time. At palaisdescongres-paris.com you are automatically offered the best seats available in your chosen category among the seats allocated to online reservations.
You must confirm your purchase no later than 10 minutes after you have selected your seats. After 10 minutes, the seats are automatically are made available for sale again.
Each transaction is limited to six seats per category.
After confirming your payment, the transaction will be final. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your transaction.
The reservation shall be firm and final only after you receive our confirmation e-mail providing your transaction number. As such, purchased seats may not be exchanged or transferred to a later date.
Payments must be made in euros with CARTE BLEUE, VISA, EUROCARD, MASTERCARD via a secure transaction using SSL (make sure that a padlock appears in the status bar of your browser). We have selected ATOS to provide secure, confidential payment services.
You may pick up your tickets once you have received our confirmation e-mail up until the day of the show at the PALAIS des CONGRES de PARIS ticket office:
2, Place de la Porte Maillot - 75017 PARIS.
Monday through Friday, noon to 7:00 p.m., excluding holidays.
You must present the bank card that was used for the Internet transaction and your transaction number.
Consult our terms and conditions of sale available on the site. Reservation fees are included in the prices indicated when the online reservation was made.
In the event of any payment difficulties:
- Confirm that your card is valid.
- Make sure that your card has not exceeded its authorized limit.
